International Shipping

After your payment is verified, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. In some special cases, such as during the holidays or large sales/promotions, it may be 2-4 business days before your package leaves our facility. If you order after 9am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped on the following Monday.

International Delivery Time

After your package is shipped, it should arrive at your address in 14-21 business days. However, some countries may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on how quickly your order passes through customs and gets delivered by your country's Postal Service. If it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can contact us at support@boomboomenergy.com.

International Customs

If you've placed an order outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees. Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties.

BoomBoom is not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees.
